• Directing a high-performing team of system engineers and specialists in developing longitudinal and lateral features for OEM ADAS/AD features • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales • Ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations and quality standards, overseeing comprehensive testing, validation, and certification processes, including compliance with homologation regulations, NCAP safety standards, and ISO 26262

Area: Advanced Driver Assistance Systems • Leading a team of - Function Owners and System Engineers - themselves responsible for ADAS Customer Functions • High level planning of team activities and relevant project goals • Support team members in daily project activities and escalations • Applying company's team development and performance evaluation programs • Ensuring sufficient resource availability to meet project needs

• Taking End-to-End responsibility in several customer projects for V-Model work products • Planning of milestones and ensuring delivery of functions to customers in time and on target quality • Safety of the Intended Functionality (SOTIF) and ISO 26262 consideration (HARA, FMEA) • Using IBM DOORS and Rhapsody for requirements and design topics • Evaluating customer needs and relevant market requirements incl. deriving relevant KPIs • MBSE: Model-based systems engineering using SysML/UML and IBM Rhapsody
