• invoice processing using Oracle Gold • run payment batches and manual payments on a weekly basis with prepayment report • backlog management by running on hold/aging reports on overaged invoices • month end closing, VAT and Liability reconciliations • communicate with business unit and other departments in relation to issue resolving • signing/approving payment batches • providing training to new colleagues • liaise with supplier maintenance, creating new suppliers and updating existing ones

• handling incoming orders via email • putting new orders into the system SAP to create a new order or account • create invoices or reinvoice, credit/debit • communicate with customers and other departments • working with Financial Accountant and Account Managers to ensure orders can be processed properly

• inbound calls handling for AT/CH/DE • administrative tasks: writing letter, resolving issues logged in the data system DISE • making outbound calls to follow up on customer’s request • distribution of mail and filing • entering end of day reports into Excel

• handling inbound calls: providing customers with information about prices, delivery terms and times of their parcel • entry of new customer’s details into the system
