- Create structural and systemic repair design methods to highly critical national/international aircraft projects. - Create engineering solutions to the technical problems for aircraft structure,systems,components - Communicate with worldwide aeronautics leaders such as Airbus, Sikorsky, Boeing, Lockheed Martin about non-conformity issues which occur during manufacturing - Inspect and check repair designs' compatibility with criteria and requirements specified by authorities such as EASA, FAA etc.

Designing Sheet Metal Cold and Hot Forming dies on CATIA V5 . Contribute Tandem, Blanking and Transfer Line Tries and adapt the design according to results. Provide Technical Data and support for die machining, assembly and adjusting processes. Performing Kaizen activities, coming up with new ideas especially in design point of view. Giving all needed numerical info's for co-workers/other departments to support pre-production process

-Observing the Toyota Production Systems(TPS) -Examine the Toyota quality approaches (Kaizen, 5S, 3M, Jidoka etc.) on the production line - Analyzing in the quality gates at the end of each station or steps.

-Identifying issues and generating issue reports. -Assisting developers with issue analysis. -Actively participating in test case design and script maintenance.
