Developing a microservice based system which is built on top of the Lumen framework. Developing new microservices based on Nestjs framework. Built a prototype Contact Center powered with voice (incoming/outgoing calls) capabilities. Leveraging TwiML (Twilio Programmable voice) to control the call flow. Created a template management module where users are able to manage the email and document templates of the system.

Developed standalone auto-scheduling services for deliveries managed by middle-mile agents, replacing legacy systems and creating a new scheduling interface with React to improve agent usability. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement personalized recommendation engines by analyzing user activity data and integrating tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel. Built a CMS tool using Strapi and Next.js, enabling non-technical content managers to easily upload and manage resources.

Developed the frontend of Customer Portal and Adviser Portal, integrated with Integration layer’s APIs and third party payment systems. Implemented client-side scripting techniques and frameworks, as well as security testing protocols to protect against cyber attacks by React and Node Implements secure authentication mechanisms JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for user authentication and authorization.
