My daily work is in algorithm design and development for solving NP hard problems using local search techniques from the field of meta-heuristics. I also give lectures in the courses of advanced algorithms and on the search methods that are inspired from nature behavior. I have experience in designing and implementing algorithms in various application domains, such as tourism, telecommunication, transportation, education and operations research.

Led curriculum design for the PhD Program in ICT, aligning it with Kosovo Education System standards. Collaborated on program structure, admission criteria, and research requirements. Developed a sustainable plan for success, covering recruitment, faculty engagement, and resource allocation.
