As part of the design team and in partnership with the product, marketing and engineering teams: • Creating and editing product content, landing pages and marketing campaigns for the German market • Managing content production and improving design processes • Defining content guidelines and the tone & voice within the Design System • Hosting internal workshops and collaborating on user research • Managing the product glossary and helping the marketing and support teams write consistent and useful content

Responsible for translations from English to German for both product and marketing content. Updated existing content to ensure a consistent tone & voice for the website and app.

Responsible for all measures related to fraud prevention and data misuse on the platform. Controlled orders and return shipments and contributed to improve the company’s antifraud system. Handled complaints and inquiries from customers across Europe.
