-Transfer food & beverage costs to department cost centers, ensuring accurate allocation and financial tracking -Prepare daily cost reports, highlighting key financial data to support decision-making processes -Generate variance reports for beverage costs -Implement new menus in Infrasys POS System, Define new recipes in the system, ensuring accurate cost mapping and seamless POS -Oversee inventory counts and month-end closing procedures and report directly to the Chief Accountant and Director of Finance

• Manage food & beverage forecasts, monitor expenses, and analyze • Produce daily food cost reports, menu costing, product development, and purchasing practices • Supervise inventory management, storeroom inspections, and market price surveys • Coordinate with F&B Manager and Executive Chef for recipe costing and inventory recording • Analyze hotel costs, implement control procedures, and develop kitchen teams.

• Analysis,follow up and solve problems related to raw material disbursement • Decide in conjunction with the relevant departments in calculating standard cost prices • Prepare annual budget business plan approved, Monthly budget actual report • Summary report on product cost Value of purchases each model , monthly raw material balance Analyze VARIANCE raw materials compared to the BOM, DEAD STOCK report • Close month end CCA, PC, PA, Close Production Order and Cal Cost.
