• As a vendor support associate, I serve as the main point of contact between sellers and vendors on Amazon. • I respond in writing and offer service desk assistance to vendors who contact us by mail with inquiries about technical problems, product availability, legal problems, submission of documents to Amazon's database, etc.Deal with Seller Central Dashboard hardware and software-related issues. • I strive to predict Sellers'/Vendors' needs, create innovative self-help tools and provide solutions.

• Perform ‘Root Cause Analysis' and identify constraints and recommend solutions in Germany Marketplace • Handle day-to-day volumes of assigned tasks and ensure given SLA are met per quality standards. • Identifying and fixing process gaps, improvement opportunities and use of small-scale automation, technology to increase productivity or drive process simplification • Actively support hiring team to hire best German candidates who raises Amazon's bar

• Create and develop functional engineering designs from concepts assisting with the knowledge of technology and material to produce a design that consists of Functionality, Perfection and Appearance • Train the students to master in the Designing software's like Catia, Solid works, Solid works motion, AutoCAD, and Creo • Assists the students, Graduates and working Professionals in empowering their skills in Designing as per their own Innovations and as per company requirements

My part in my Institute is to train the students by teaching A2 German and help them to get positive results in Goethe Prufung.
