Directed the development of vehicle programmes exporting from North America to China, leading global teams to keep projects on track and within budget. Worked with engineering, marketing, planning and other stakeholders to plan and develop vehicle feature requirements using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes. Responsible for maintaining programme budget and resources, working closely with executive leadership to allocate resources effectively.

Incorporated unique needs of China region in GM global strategy, to ensure all vehicle electrical systems are properly defined and executed. Lead resolution of issues requiring cross-functional investigation, particularly with other engineering departments, design, manufacturing, and purchasing. Single point of contact for all escalation issues related to electrical systems and software.

Lead instrument cluster mechanical and electrical development from concept through production launch. Lead suppliers, design team, program teams, purchasing, and other engineering disciplines to source, define, and develop components per vehicle delivery milestones.

Subject Matter Expert for USB and media features on all GM programs. Released technical specifications for wired connectivity features. Worked with consumer electronics partners on fast-paced projects.
