• Sense checking research numbers • Using bespoke software to process this data • Ensuring that changes to data are fully explained in the written report • Ensuring that numerical data matches the written report • Amending a report written by a professional with English as a second language to ensure that the English is to publication standard • Formatting the report correctly

•Planning & managing transition of service desk to Germany, including fall-back plans •Developing & documenting processes for new centre & training staff •Escalation point for out of process issues • SLA reviews & corrective action with call centre & partners •Working with US and APAC regions

In addition to my original customer services duties: •Co-ordinating site-surveys, installations, pre-contract inspections and up-grades in EMEA •First level contact for escalation cases •Assisting with management of partner companies •Assisting with move of repair centre to Hungary

•English & German telephone & e-mail support to customers, distributors, resellers & engineers in EMEA •Allocating engineers to site visits •Ordering & expediting spare parts •Following up level of service provided on call closure •Translating correspondence, company documents and technical info

Usual PA duties •Translating correspondence, minutes of meetings and company documents, including monthly commodity reports •Proof-reading of internal documents originating from central management •Assisting in compilation of Purchasing Information System Glossary •Supporting buyers in dept.

•Translating & proof-reading brochures & documents (En-Gn-En) •Preparing presentation material (Powerpoint, scanning) •Designing, generating & training staff in the use of a distributor database replacing a card index system •Establishing & administering new mail-shot system

• Devising and implementing a new single network Access Database to manage mail shots and promotional material. • Translating German correspondence
