Main activities included development and deployment of machine learning applications in a variety of applications including energy monitoring and disaggregation, brain computer interfaces, audio event tagging and classification, and gesture recognition.

Development and implementation of a software-based control flow protection system for General-Purpose Graphical Processing Unit (GP-GPU).

Design and implementation of a rehabilitation video game for bio-feedback systems applied to child patients following cardiac surgeries. Utilized game engines included JMonkey and Unity3D interfacing with several physiological sensors and special-purpose game controllers.

Benchmarking and performance comparison between different nVIDIA CUDA-enabled graphical processing units of various architectures (Fermi and Tesla) using CUDA-C programming language.

Implementation of an optical ray tracing algorithm in CUDA-C programming language for utilization on nVIDIA graphical processing units.
