Working within the Business Development team at Sedo GmbH, my role encompasses several aspects of both account management and technical support. I manage business relationships with our larger registrar clients, and I provide technical assistance as they implement our various registrar channel products (SedoMLS, Registrar Parking etc) as well as ongoing technical assistance with SedoMLS. I am also responsible for supporting our Country Managers with their Business Development related activit

Half of my position with Myriax was the technical support of clients who worked with the company’s acoustic analysis software, called Echoview. This involved the diagnosis, needs-analysis and clarification of a given client’s problem(s), the construction of an acoustic processing solution to the problem, and then implementation and ongoing support of that solution. The other half of my role was in the sales & marketing team, administering customer relationships and cultivating new prospects for Echoview.
