- Assist the manager board with all organisation and administrative work - Recruiting - Test level of german language of candidates - Ensure positive management of candidate experience (Employer Branding), - Prepare contracts and all needed documents for future employees - Organisation (on-boarding, organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation) - Pay-roll

I was in charge of update, review and analyse resumes using Erecruiter software. Moreover, I had to arrange interviews and assist with the execution of offers and on-boarding of new hires. My responsibilities include also assisting in new-hire paperwork with candidate.

I was making the appointments with the customers from Germany, that need help of service technician. My responsibility was to organize the route of our technician and cooperate with technical support in Germany.

I participated in trainings about the communication and the policies of the company Credit Suisse. To my responsibilities belongs making presentations and then demonstrating content knowledge.
