Ran activation and application trials for UV-epoxy structural insulation tapes, with peel and shear testing against internal specs. Cut surface activation time from 3s to 1.5s through process tuning, helping move a product launch forward. Checked surface energy and material compatibility with FTIR and contact angle measurements (OPUS, TestExpert IV). Fed results into product validation for coating applications, including EV battery cell projects.

Sized industrial pneumatic conveying pumps and pipe networks, running pressure drop calculations and tuning solid loading ratios (SLR). Worked with P&IDs for conveying system layouts. Built Excel tools for processing and evaluating performance data that the team kept using afterward.

Ran QC tests (viscosity, flash point, pH) on production batches of petroleum specialty products to check they met spec.

Supported operations in the high-concentration nitric acid plant (concentrating weak HNO3 using sulfuric acid). Monitored and logged shell-and-tube heat exchanger performance to help keep the process running efficiently.
