- CAE lead for Product development of 1st and 2nd Row for passenger car -FORD Transit. - Engineered program work through effective work planning and execution through CAE support from team in India.

- Developed team of 4-5 CAE engineers to execute CAE projects related to passenger car Seating Systems and Interiors with effective use of CAE softwares-Hypermesh,Medina,Lsdyna,Hyperworks. Responsible for: 1. Execution of CAE Analysis work with Team members. 2. Development and mentor of CAE Analysts. 3. Active involvement in customer interaction, project planning, resource planning and effective execution of CAE projects with offshore team.

- Program level support for for development of Seat structure for Opel Meriva and Opel Zafira through CAE stating from Initial design level till product release. - In depth CAE involvement in development Passenger car Interior products- Instrument Panel, Door panel, Floor Console for different Automotive OEMs from Europe region in coordination with Customer and Onsite engineers.

On job training on meshing/connectivity using Hypermesh and Medina.Crash Analysis using LSdyna. Effective implementation of CAE skills to execute different CAE projects.
