I am working as Production Manager for Somany Ceramics Limited manufacturing Calcium Aluminate Binders. I am expertise in handling the production activities with strict safety behavior following company protocols during my work activities. I am also experienced in handing of Ball mills, Bucket elevators, Bag filters, Air slides, Kiln operation, Rotary cooler, Vibro feeders, Weigh hoppers & Weigh feeders and other auxiliary equipment's.

I believe that I am the best candidate for this position because of my extensive hard work, experience and my ability to adapt to any situation. I have a passion for success and goal oriented demeanor that would push me to accomplish my set tasks. • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). • Help in carrying out safety studies including plant, process, occupational safety & HAZOP • Preparation of PFDs, PID’s, utility line diagrams, equipment list, line list & instrument index, as per standards/codes and as per client requirements. • Prompt reporting of abnormality, devotions, strict adherence to HSEQ guidelines.
