Contract Program Manager – contract preparation and negotiation including pricing preparation and negotiation of additional services, cost capturing of all customer projects including cost/margin analysis

Program Management – Revenue generation& responsibility for each program’s P&L (3 after sales PC repair programs with ~$450-550K/month sales revenue, ~6,5-8,5K/month volume), assuring proper customer KPI and TCE, managing 15 engineering experts and 80 operators, defining new services for customer Achievement: Turning one of program to positive (DOA program), gaining additional business of repairing of several desktops due to Vista launch.

NPI Program Management – Product life cycle management of consumer desktops Achievement: On time (no miss) launches in any cycles I was responsible (pilot runs on time), successful launch of ID07 (platform) in 2007 as next cycle program manager, successful ramp up of Foxconn CZ as ODM for Hewlett Packard, successful savings introduction of Arcel and Arcel low density material instead of EPx as packaging material
