Managing end to end recruitment life-cycle for external and internal candidates. • Daily handling of high volume of recruitment campaigns and applications. • Screening and short listing CV’s. • Coaching team leaders in recruitment skills. • Providing interview feedback for internal and external candidates. • Responsible for working with and communicating our recruitment requirements with various recruitment agencies.

Within this role I was responsible for supervising over 150 agency staff on various large international and national clients’ sites. My role was to generate weekly rosters and schedule staff in for work ensuring that the Working Time Act is applied. On a daily basis I was responsible for the recruitment and selection process, which included advertising jobs, screening CV’s, interviewing and offering positions.

While I was working in FRS Homecare I was in charge of the recruitment and selection process of homecare assistants in Ireland. I was also responsible for supervising and scheduling them for work. My responsibilities also involved managing data base of potential candidates for future placements, produce new personnel files and responding to queries from clients and employees.
