- providing HR advice and support, - conducting end to end recruitment processes (engineers, IT specialists, salesmen, administrative, assistants), - preparing HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, - designing and implementation of HR procedures (recruitment, induction, etc.), - employer branding strategy creation & implementation - organising integration meetings and events.

-conduting the end to end recruitment proces, -conducting phone interviews with candidates, co-conducting meetings with candidates, cooperation with managers, -coordination of student internship programs - The WEX Program, -coordination of The PwC Ambassador Program (cooperation with 28 students), -employer branding activities: participation in job fares, cooperation with student organizations, organizing internal and student’s events (e.g. Open Days), -organization and leading trainings for students.

- building relationship with partners/founders of internships or additional awards and with nationwide and student’s media, - preparation of marketing and promotion materials, - preparation of newsletter GraszNEWS, - preparation and leading workshops covering the issues of soft skills, - recruitment of candidates for internships in companies being partners/founders in the program, - participation in job fairs.
