• Check for accuracy of registrations done during the month • Registration and depreciation of fixed assets • Check the prepaid expenses recorded during the month and book them properly on cost • Reconciliation of all accounts

• Make weekly batch payments and urgent manuals for all entities on a daily basis • Book invoices we receive from our suppliers according to country requirements • Check and approve travel expenses of A.Schulman’s employees • Prepare accruals for the month-end closing • Run and check reconciliation reports

• Check for accuracy of accounting information on the invoices • Add account codes and tax master codes on invoices without purchase order • Support continuous improvement of processes and working routines • Prepare weekly quality check reports and monthly accruals
