Sascha Gutkowski

I am responsible for the successful transition of IT services into globally used live services. From the initial project request, to a feasibility / design phase, implementation/integration, testing and support setup I am managing the project from an end-to-end perspective always being conscious of the right mix between Time, Quality and Cost.

I am coordinating and supervising operations and project work for an international team of 6 people, keep track of the budget needed and doing vendor and stakeholder management (please see also the about me section).
