Part of the UK TAG (Talent Acquisition Group) Team responsible for delivering recruitment solutions across various disciplines with a key focus on Sales and Marketing roles at various levels.

I am working as part of the direct recruitment team for key clients across the UK with hyphen as part of an RPO solution. I am responsible for sourcing and identifying talent and managing the process with the on-site team as well as respective candidates from the initial stages right through to the offer and acceptance.

Worked on a successful Public Sector desk supplying leading Housing Associations with temporary, contract and permanent staff across various levels up to and including senior management. Responsible for managing the whole recruitment process on both the clients and candidates side. Developed relationships with clients and built up a solid database of temporary and permanent candidates. Interviewed and carried out initial vetting of suitable candidates as well as meeting clients face to face to b
