The first group involves plan/fact analysis, building financial models for assessing marketing initiatives, budget control, building presentations. The second group involves non-trivial research. The last achievement concerns building a classification of the methods used to sell clients' equipment. Now it is easier to find out what equipment the company sells and the terms of sales used by subsidiaries.

I was hired as a junior specialist in the department of economics and investment. Was involved in investment analysis of the incoming projects (b2c, b2b, b2o), analyzed marketing initiatives, the profitability of business orders. Was a part of the team to launch a CRM for SMB on the part of finance. Was a part of the team to launch regular b2c performance report. Was a part of a team to set investment prioritization process. Automated b2b client performance report.
