As an HR Shared Service Advisor, I am part of a team providing first class customer service to the business, being first point contact for all HR related queries, via phone, email and in person. As well as providing advice and support to team members and team leaders on HR policies, procedures and benefits, I am responsible for the onboarding process, maintaining the SAP HR database and providing people data and reports to other functions.

Recruiting: Identify job specifications together with team leader, working on job descriptions, screening, telephone interviews, personal interviews, support of on-boarding process, apprentice recruiting, time scheduling and conduct exit interviews Human resource marketing: Placing job profiles, Visiting recruiting fairs Organizational development: Prepare inputs from employees out of the “fireside chat” and presentation in front of the management Training: Select the right people

Preparing and performing psychological research and literature research

Support in the area of marketing

Supporting of customers and performing initial conversations, structuring a data warehouse, administrative tasks, time scheduling

Supporting a software-project, generating of concepts, performing tests, cutting surface to the software partner

Constructing reinforcing- and formwork plan
