- Responsible for the creation of all mailing content -Setting up the content in various tools ensuring it's ready to be sent out for the start of a promotion and/or match. T -Coordinating deadlines and content with the relevant CRM manager as well as the translators. -Occasionally providing translations (English, German) - Updating the odds and content feed on a daily basis so that the automated mailings (such as birthday messages) have the most up to date information,

The CIM team is responsible for building successful relationships with customers based on specific segment communications. We handle the selection of customers based on the requestor’s wishes and ensure that they are successfully targeted with the necessary communication. Essentially, CIM are the final step in the marketing process which ensures that the customer receives information which is most relevant to him or her, and essential to business growth.
