In charge of the Foreign Language Division. Placing job advertisements to attract suitable candidates. Using Social Networking Channels, job boards, as well as marketing, to connect and contact candidates. Continuously seeking for new recruiting sources to grow and develop the candidate/client pool. Maintaining client contact. Arranging interviews and background/reference checks. Candidate screening. Training of new staff. Ensuring all required placement paperwork is completed. Organising staff events.

Maintaining existing relationships with clients. Managing incoming projects of allocated clients together with my design/production team from start to finish.

Graphic reworking. Presentations. Booking and organising cast and upcoming appointments. Material search on the internet for photography, videos right up to music. Close collaboration with producers, directors and agencies in order to implement ideas/interpretations/scripts/briefings in the graphic, organisational and marketing area. Design them in a competitive way and present them to clients.

Adapting various media from the US and UK to Germany. Graphic reworking of posters, DVD and Blu-Ray covers and other advertising materials. Close collaboration with agencies, product managers and clients. Quality control of work processes and products/materials, as well as marketing for new releases.
