I work in Talent and Acquisitions. Essentially, what I do is work with the TA community all across the world to make possible PMI’s smoke-free transformation by scouting top talents for the Company’s Engineering Solutions and Manufacturing departments across Europe and Middle East countries. In charge of end-to-end recruitment process management (internal & external) by attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talents aligned with business needs, in close collaboration with the hiring managers.
