Seeking for a New Opportunity as as Team Assistant or Buying Assistant.

Responsibilities: - Support medical and commercial teams, by managing requests related with sponsorships, donations and Merck events in the internal system for Compliance approval. - Analyses of documentation related with sponsorships, donations and Merck events, in order to include in the internal system for Compliance approval. - Control of all evidences and documents for future auditions.

Responsibilities: - Prepare KPI reports related with national sales. - Compilation of data and organization of sales presentations. - Management of agenda and organization of meetings related with the local sales director. Organization of travels involving the national sales team. Planning and execution of meetings, lunches/dinners and special events for the sales team.

Responsibilities: - Execution of quality control through analysis of contracts between Groupon and partner companies by following the company standard procedures. - Verification of partner’s in regards of the service offered and price, through websites, social medias and phone calls, in order to detect the possibility of inconsistency.

Responsibilities: - Management of partner companies, with pre and post-sales support, acting as a key point of contact by supporting and clarifying general procedures.
