Served as lecturer at 3 universities and executive education institutions while deepening my expertise in leadership, mindset and personal growth. Complemented this journey through selected marketing engagements. Returning to executive Marketing leadership role in FMCG from Aug 2026.

Member of Consumer Marketing leadership team. I develop, define, drive and accelerate route to market for growth platforms that adress current market trends in DACH. I accelerate innovation through insights and creativity by working closely with local markets and global team.

Member of Medical Management team and playing an active role of developing medical marketing strategies and definition of action plans by ensuring the exchange process with consumer marketing, market research, salesforce and international medical marketing community.

Member of Direct Distribution Management team and playing an active role of managing, coordinating and optimizing all above and below the line Marketing campaigns in the assigned countries across Europe.

Responsible for development and implementation of DACH launch strategies for major brands (e.g. Fisher-Price) and primary contact for licenced portfolio for Disney (e.g. Cars, Planes, Winnie the Pooh, Mickey Mouse) Dreamworks (e.g. Kung Fu Panda) and WB properties (Batman, Superman). Leveraged the portfolio of brands and accelerated franchise managment by increasing market share and ensured that brands attracted target group.
