• Planning and validation of microwave and fiber backhaul networks for Telefónica 4G/5G rollout projects. • Support of network deployments, upgrades, and site connectivity with focus on readiness and timelines. • Analysis of link chains and support of Hop Count Reduction projects. • Router configuration management and swap-out planning. • Design of telecom rack layouts and preparation of work packs.

• Planning and optimization of optical transmission networks (DWDM, SDH, OTN, MW). • Transmission routing, MUX planning, and network cutovers for mobile sites. • Integration and operation of ZTE PTN systems (Layer 2/3, IP/MPLS). • Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of transmission equipment. • Coordination with customer and O&M teams to ensure performance and QoS.

Commissioning, integration, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of Huawei SDH systems (OSN 3500). Monitoring network alarms, service performance, and fault management. Performing optical measurements and BER tests using SDH analyzers. Verifying transmission network status using Huawei iManager T2000 and U2000. Supporting SDR sites including Node B and WiMAX, and conducting site surveys and material estimations.

Installation, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting of BTS sites, including VSWR measurements and call/data testing. Supervision of Huawei SDH, microwave, and BTS equipment (Metro 1000, RTN620, RTN950) and NEC microwave systems. Conducting drive tests for benchmarking, optimization, and service quality monitoring. Performing LOS surveys, site audits, and site selection for MW/RF planning.
