Planned and executed LNP/LPX formulation requests for pre-clinical RNA research. Performed and reviewed physicochemical and biochemical testing for batch release and stability studies. Supported OOS/OOT investigations, SOP management, sample lifecycle handling, tech transfer and comparability projects. Optimized analytical methods and coordinated equipment calibration, maintenance and documentation to ensure data integrity and reliable results.

Conducted LNP formulation optimization and physicochemical characterization across R&D, stability and comparability studies. Supported method verification, validation and transfer activities under GMP-like and data integrity standards. Performed sample preparation and downstream processing including TFF, sterile filtration and fill-&-finish. Assisted deviation investigations, troubleshooting of process variability, equipment maintenance, inventory management and calibration activities.

- Contributed in the preparation for CE marking audit. - Prepared technical documents of products. - Inspected the accuracy of quality-control reporting and operations. - Prepared risk management forms in accordance with quality systems. - Generally oversaw and did contributions to the production, quality-control and R&D operations.

Internship at the Central Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory of Istanbul University's Faculty of Medicine at Çapa: - Daily maintenance of analytical devices. - Regular conductance of biochemical, hormone, blood coagulation, blood gas and urine tests. - Acceptance and sorting of patient blood and urine samples. - Quality-control of results and reporting system.
