Development and Management of infrastructure/real estate projects from concept & BCA development to live implementation incl. fields from Engineering & Infrastructure, Construction, IT, Processes, HR, Health & Safety, Security and Network Management. E.g. Greenfield project for a 9.000 m² combined operational facility at the Blue Danube Airport in Linz with a 25m EUR budget. The facility is an international road HUB, an air gateway, a service center and office with around 250 employees.

Head of the Engineering & Infrastructure department. Responsible for Process Optimization, Engineering & Infrastructure. Project management for infrastructure projects such as development of new facilities.

Project management in Pick Up & Delivery and Warehouse Handling domains, covering a wide range from process optimization to application design and implementation. Mainly working on mobile solutions & applications for the Pick Up & Delivery domain. Application architecture for mobile applications on handheld devices (courier scanners). Procurement of devices and technical solutions. Testing & Implementation of applications & processes.

Dispatching and coordination of customer pick up orders to the couriers. Optimze routes and ensure on time pick up of customer shipments. Interface between couriers and customer service.

Coordination of Pick up & Delivery of shipments in a dedicated geographical area. Manage resource & capacity utilization for a team of 7 couriers.

Delivery and Pick Up of customer shipments and prepare these for forwarding.
