At join.com, I lead a dynamic team of 40 engineers. I have been instrumental in integrating SDLC and other strategic processes, thereby tripling our team's output YOY. My roles also has included managing vendor relationships, coaching Engineers and Engineering Managers, creating career tracks for engineers, and spearheading innovation projects.

In my role at elopage GmbH, I managed a team of 48 engineers. I created incident management processes, established SDLC for projects, and coordinated closely with the Product team on next-gen projects. I also successfully built and expanded our Automation QA teams.

At TeamSupport, I was responsible for managing the engineering teams and the P&L for engineering. My achievements include establishing SDLC, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes, and assisting in obtaining SOC 2 Type 2 certification.

As a Senior Development Lead at Modo, I managed services for our internal and external teams, delivered multimillion-dollar projects in record time, and established CI/CD and cloud-first initiatives. I also built and deployed first-class mobile applications for our customers.

In my tenure at US Bank, I managed the UX development across many projects and worked closely with the innovation team on next-gen projects like Cardless ATM, Voice Banking, and modular financial applications. I also played a pivotal role in delivering responsive web components across the Online Banking project.

Web Development
