IT Project Manager for CRM System, Content Manager System, Intranet Front End Trading System, Kofax & IBM Content Manager (archiving) systems . Responsible for working with business units to determine system change/enhancement requirements and features, creation of requirement documents and management of stakeholder expectations, ensuring the successful testing and completion of all production support and development items. Also performing, coordinating and managing QAT/UAT testing across the group.

Administered a bespoke Reconciliations System in DB London. When the Smartstream (7.61) project kicked off in London in '97 I was seconded to the Project Team. I assisted with the System configuration. I helped to create the match rules for both Cash and Positions reconciliations. I worked on MIS report specs. General system setup - user addition, account creation etc. I QAT'ed the system and helped in the implementation to live including carrying out the position parallel run.
