Currently overseeing HR operations across 11 sites in six countries, I am responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing local HR teams, and implementing initiatives that drive employee development and organisational effectiveness. As a Strategic HR Business Partner I aligned HR strategy with business objectives across seven sites in Europe and the Middle East. I established and maintained trusted relationships with leaders at various levels, supporting employee development and ensuring that HR policies effectively met program needs. I led HR teams in Romania and Saudi Arabia, implementing best practices and staying up to date with HR trends. Additionally, I served as a member of the HAY-commission, evaluating non-tariff job positions

As an HR Business Partner, I supported key functions within the Defence and Space sector, translating HR strategies into actionable plans and facilitating operational processes across multiple sites. My role included leading a major redeployment project, negotiation of company agreements and leveraging in continous improvement initiatives to drive employee engagement and align HR practices with business goals.
