Contributed to harmonization and integration of pediatric biomarker data from 24 studies across 29 countries in the Biomarkers4Pediatrics initiative; led to a systematic review and recently completed meta-analysis. Analyze proteomic profiles linked to resilient aging in the NAKO cohort. Investigated biomarker–disease associations in colorectal cancer using EPIC data. Apply observational study methods and statistical modeling (SAS/R) to produce clear, reproducible research outputs (See publications).

•Conducted comparative analysis of metabolite networks across four major German population-based studies using a meta-analytic approach to identify biomarkers with a reduced risk of Type I error (e.g., Iqbal et al., Int. J. Epidemiol., 2018). •Advanced research on dietary intake patterns through novel meal network modeling and mentored a PhD student. •Collaborated and co-authored with researchers from DIfE, the EPIC cohort, and the University of Poznan, resulting in multiple peer-reviewed publications.
