Responsibilities - Prepare and review balance sheet schedule - Cash flow forecast and monthly bank statement - Prepare monthly management accounts and SOA - Maintain and keep proper support documents of transactions - Budget revenue forecast, AP & AR aging by weekly and monthly - Manage petty cash, reconciliation of bank accounts, receivable and payables - GST submission - FA / inventory (purchase, disposal, capex) - Equipment utilization and asset movement - Payment voucher by cheque, ACH, TT - Day to day

Responsibilities - Handle full set of accounts and general accounts entries - Liaise with operation teams for accounting related issues - Cash flow forecast, budget revenue forecast - Payment voucher by cheque - GST submission - Financial statement of company - Month end closing and relevant audit schedules - Payroll, monthly AP/ AR aging and statement - Day to day financial accounting functions (include AP, AR, GL) - Bank reconciliation and any other duties assigned

Responsibilities - Fully responsible in operation teams - Analysis market survey and sales trend - Handle brand & trade marketing team - Prepare marketing plan and budget - Sales trend analysis and conduct promotion scheme - Organize brand marketing activities and events to raise brand awareness - Monthly report, stock depletion report

Responsibilities - Monthly & yearly budget plan, expenses and payable list - Petty cash reimbursement - Monthly project utilization - WIP schedules - Coordinate with chief accountant - Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies - Support marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations - Handle sampling teams and any other assign duties - Report to sales & marketing consultant for all marketing budget and payment
