 Working on Incidents, Events, Service Requests & Change Requests on Various Tools such as Service Now & HPSM service manager.  Working on Security Appliances like Fortigate 200D , Juniper SG 140 .  Preparing and analyzing fortigate firewall report & implementing is any changes require to avoid any security breach.  Managing wireless Ubiquity controller where we are creating and managing SSID.  We are using PRTG network monitoring software to monitor and troubleshoot network performance.
