- Providing 2nd line support of the following financial applications: • SimCorp Dimension • OMR Trading Assistant • Inforalgo • Devon • Euclid • CreationOnline • Message Bus - Delivering support to existing business users, investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries - Ensuring that client systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner

Responsibilities: - Providing 2nd line support of SimCorp Dimension to the Business community; - Implementing business cases in SimCorp Dimension; - Investigating issues and suggesting solutions; - Monitoring and supporting STP and End-of-Day processes; - Assisting end users with performing their daily tasks and explaining how SimCorp Dimension works; - Maintaining SimCorp Dimension including applying patches, upgrading to a new version, performing disaster recovery switch test;
