Working in Robotic Process Automation technology and having hands on experience on different project types like Assessment and Implementation. Responsible for performing Assessment phase, detailed study of every new process and providing support in Implementation phase for identified processes.

Worked in Robotic Process Automation technology. Created Demos, Proof of Concept with the help of IT team and worked as SPOC from IT team to get the confidence of new clients. In Assessment phase, done the feasibility study to identify valid candidate for RPA. In Implementation phase, performed Requirement gathering at Onshore as well as at Offshore and given End to end support in till Hyper care Phase.

Handled OSS, BSS and DSS system of Wireline Enterprise business and identified the areas of improvement in Business Processes as a Project or Change Request. Facilitated monthly meetings with stakeholders to explore potential solutions from the existing system and Implemented IMS architecture within existing Rcom network.

Worked on Link Commissioning business as a Network Analyst. Gathering business requirements from clients, Analyze the support issues and facilitate understanding to the technical team.
