Hi, I'm Konstantin, an iOS Technical Lead at CodeIT LLC. I've been involved in app development since 2013, exploring various engaging avenues. I've worked with languages like C, C++, C#, and Python, but eventually, my interests converged with Apple. This led me to Objective-C and Swift, which I've been using extensively. My journey with Objective-C started in 2015, followed by a transition to Swift in 2017, making it my primary tool ever since. Often, I encounter projects initially in Objective-C that I rewrite in Swift or enhance with new features. These two languages continue to play a pivotal role in my work. My accomplishments extend beyond development. I've ventured into leadership, training, and management. Mentoring, creating trainee programs, conducting interviews, guiding promotions, and shaping a skill matrix for the iOS Department are also among my achievements.
