n 2009 I moved my career to the IT Management position. Company is orientated to Merger &Acquisition market. I was put on this position in company to: • Manage technical infrastructure operation and development. • Direct technical staff to provide quality desktop support, reliable remote access, regular data backup and robust networked resources. • Negotiate contracts, direct long-range planning, prepare and monitor budgets, and conduct ROI studies. • Effectively manage customization projects.

My main duties are to support the financial audit with valuation of General IT Controls, walkthrough business process, test financial controls and also prepare the reports for clients and conduct meetings regarding my findings. My work related to IT is based on ISO and Cobit standards. Also many of the projects include audit and control valuation for ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Oracle e-business) and complex systems (financial systems for Banks, Financial Funds and Assurance Company’s)

I worked on administration of network, maintaining the company’s web pages, designing covers of the company's editions, programming application with Microsoft Visual Basic programming language, creating multimedia concepts and creating and maintaining databases.

My work in this company contains maintenance of computers (PC, MAC), administration of network (Macintosh computers, PC with NT operation software, imagesetters, SUN server) and fixing problems related to data transfer from different computer platforms and softwares. I also had a consultant role in respect of IT evolution of the company.

My position in the company was a system administrator and I also worked on desktop publishing (DTP) jobs, computer maintenance of photography (DTR) and on maintenance of PC and Mac platforms computers. At that time, the company had the best technical equipment in the country, so I had an opportunity to work with high-class designers and marketing managers.
