• Simulation of the surface and grain boundary potentials of a polycrystalline thin-film p-type Semiconducting metal oxide (SMO) Gas sensor using Finite Difference method in MATHEMATICA • Simulation and theoretical estimation of the chemisorption influenced carrier concentrations and conductivity in a thin-film p-type SMO with both donor and acceptor concentrations

• Implementing a MATHEMATICA program for an iterative and self-consistent solution of the 1D Poisson equation using Finite Difference method • Simulating and estimating the chemisorption influenced surface and bulk potentials, carrier concentrations and conductivity of a thin-film SMO Gas sensor different parameters • Implementing a quantum-mechanical model of the thin-film SMO considering a 1D quantum confinement of the electrons and verify the differences between the classical and the quantum models

• Simulation of a novel propulsion concept for an Automotive Compressor • Created and simulated a model of the Compressor in COMSOL Multiphysics • Involved in the selection of appropriate materials and simulation of the electromagnetic forces in the model • Held presentations on a bimonthly basis discussing the possible issues, feasible solutions and further enhancements
