Initiate and manage projects like steam management, safe routing of PSV, adequacy check of flare system, installation of pipelines, integration of refinery nitrogen network and material balance reconciliation. Perform process calculations to optimize and support refinery operations. Manage FEED engineers and EPC contractors.

Process Control Engineer for conversion units like, Hydrogen Production Unit, Hydrocrackers, FCC, Alkylation, Gas plant, Hydrogenation, etc. Deputed to work at Singapore office to manage and co-ordinate EPC (TECHNIP & TR Engineering) and Invensys team for discussing and validating engineering deliverables and manage FAT activities. Review/Redesign of plant control systems and develop algorithms for implementing sequence logics in DCS.

Project Process Engineer for FCC & Hydrogen Production Unit. Liaise with Technology Licensor, EPC Contractors, automation vendors and PMC teams to support the development and execution of Refinery Process unit construction, commissioning and start-up.

Worked as Operations Engineer in startup, stabilization and normal operations of RFCC and Gas Plant. Plant operations experience including ABB DCS Operation & plant control. Equipment internal inspection and liquidation of punch points. Understand plant logics, develop control schematics and involved in DCS & ESD logic checking (FAT/SAT) before plant commissioning.
