Also acted as incident manager to resolve production issues.

- Developed frontend features for a real-time communication platform for customer service agents and users (Nuance Communications). - Built components in Ember and improved accessibility and responsiveness to enhance the user experience. - Participated in migrating legacy frontend components from Ember to React to improve performance and maintainability.
