Recording and evaluation of suggestions for improvement from the subsidiaries. Implementation of auditing and certification measures of processes.

In my professional career I was leading a whole plant which including various manufacturing and welding processes and generation of multi products. Moreover, I have worked thoroughly in Operation, Project developments, ISO implementation, Lean initiatives, Quality assurance, Safety/Risk assessment, Vendor development and external machine shop interaction, validating prototypes and concluding with a Technical Report.
