Designed, developed and executed course structures for upcoming batches.Developed and maintained web sites for the company’s clients. Main technologies of concern were XAMPP, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS and HTML. Provided introductory program on content management system through Joomla.

Coordinated with technical team in production and maintenance for operations of blister copper purification unit (2 million tonnes per annum). Allocated and Executed maintenance work leading a 9 electricians team to achieve targets for OEE of 4 EOT cranes (5-24 MT), rectifiers (35 and 40 kA), transformers (2 x 10 MVA). Inspected and handled breakdown of electrical systems, particularly 3 Siemens S7-300 PLC based machines, 132 kW crane motor and drive, circulation system and power system with 10 MVA loading.

Worked in a green-field project worth € 400 million. Erected, commissioned and maintained 22 kV overhead and underground line feeding 2 compact substation of 2MVA each. Planned and allocated power requirements for site activities. Approved technical details, scope and guarantee parameters for blower motors (500 kW to 1200 kW), ESP, EOT cranes (4 nos. x 80MT) and material handling system. Finalized specification for power systems (100 MW) covering distribution, emergency requirement and SCADA.
