General Agile Coaching with a focus on technical Agile practices and supporting Continuous Integration and Static Analysis tooling.

Worked as a senior lean agile coach for a large bank in Belgium, supporting their enterprise transformation. For 6 months I was one of 2 coaches in a 150 person infrastructure tribe building the DevOps infrastructure. For the next 6 months I specialised in coaching Tribe Scrum Masters.

Blogging, PMO, Scrum Training

Providing consulting and training in lean, Kanban, organisational change and flow-based product development.

As "process master". I co-lead a cross-functional team together with a "business owner". I was responsible for team-internal aspects, staff, costs, our process, coaching, assisting scrum masters and product owners, encouraging the company to continue to improve and agile project management. I also performed hiring and regular employee interviews, supervised post-graduate students and conducted code-reviews as part of my job.
