Executed Gage R&R studies to validate film thickness precision on Opti-Probe and KLA Spectroscopic Ellipsometry (SE) tools, maintaining a process tolerance ratio across 200mm and 300mm production lines. Collaborated with cross-functional process departments (CVD, PVD, CMP, Etching) to optimize specification limits for new measurement models. Supported equipment and process engineers in resolving metrology tool wafer alignment, measurement errors, and lot issues to maintain the stability of processes.

Responsible for commercial and residential building automation systems commissioning and design. Acknowledge all kinds of automation devices and their services.

Key Learnings: Linux, Standard cell library, Physical verification, Advanced Layout Technique, Matching, Shielding, Guard ring, Tap cell, Memory Layout, Analog and Digital Layout, Circuit Design, simulation schematic capture, Design Rule Check (DRC), Layout Versus Schematic (LVS).

Responsibilities - 1. Design 3 storied commercial building substation SLD panel using AutoCAD software. 2. Design AIUB Building Roof–Top Solar PV system design through by Helioscope Software. 3. Work with operation and maintenance department of AIUB HVAC SCADA and Substation.

Key responsibilities are – Designing SCADA, Commissioning and Installation of Siemens microcontrollers, Sensors, Variable Frequency Drives, and HVAC Equipment. Working on Bangladeshi most of the popular pharmaceuticals company SCADA system and Fire Security projects in BMS control rooms under Felix Controls Limited.
