Obligated to monitor the whole network and infrastructure. Obligated to monitor the utilization and the quality of service of the network and service. Obligated to monitor the main backbone connectivity quality and buffering issues. Troubleshoot the network elements and CPE’s to the specific area of expertise. Obligated to escalate as soon as a problem is discovered, to the proper personnel. Provide technical assistance to all involved supporting personnel.
